Tuesday Night Easy Run/ Hill Repeats October 19th

Meet Up: New York Sports Club 59 Street & Park
Time: 6:45 PM
Work Out: 4 Mile easy run or 4 miles of hill repeats.

  1. I plan on doing an easy 4-5 mile run,

  2. All, I'm running tonight, but headed to park around 5:30 vs 6:45. I'll meet at gym if anyone else is interested in gettin it in early.

  3. Ill be there - but I have a long run so I am starting at 6:20 so I dont have to run in the dark...
